• Goals: Developing a Visual Identity and Stationery Branding that remains authentic to the brand's core values while effectively engaging with the target audience.

Challenge: The client didn't have any branding in place. As a new business venture, having an identity is very important as that is how your audience not only identifies you but also connects with you. This is why a fresh new branding can help with entering the industry with an identity that is unique and memorable.

Approach: Conducted research into the real estate industry. This helped me understand competitors' identities, overused logos & colour patterns to stir clear of, and helped me strategies the visual identity.

Solution:

When I had the brand strategy call with the client before starting the project, they told me their brand values, brand story, target audience and how they wanted to connect with them.

Type: Because they wanted a bold and modern look, the typography is a bold san serif typeface. The typography has high readability and visibility and timeless look. The bold typeface also confidence and trust.

Colour: When discussing the brand values, they told me how spiritual they were; this is why I wanted to incorporate that spiritual aspect as well, this is why the colour I have chosen shows the spiritual aspect of the brand.

Symbol: The logo encompasses of a bird to show financial freedom for their clients. More than that, there is a hidden & subtle 7 in the wings of the bird to make it unique to the brand.

Result: A branding that goes beyond aesthetics and conveys a deeper meaning. It reflects brand values, conveys brand story all the while having a clean, modern and timeless look. The visual identity is consistent and cohesive across all platforms.
